Great location. Excellent staff. Unresponsive owner. Positive: It was a great location. The living room and kitchen were nice and comfy. There is always someone at the reception desk during the day and they are very responsive and very nice. I appreciated that. Negative: One sofa was stained. The owner had a fire TV. It was locked, so there was no way to access the different streaming apps that were loaded onto it. All of them required a password from the owner. when I complained , the owner said he couldn’t unlock it and just said “sorry” he said to use a cable to attach my phone to it, but I did not travel with an assortment of cables and certainly didn’t travel with one that was HDMI so it was very annoying. He then was unresponsive when I said that and asked him to provide a cable. Also, there is no booklet explaining different things about the apartment and how they worked so it took us a while to figure out the dishwasher. It didn’t explain anything about the amenities of the building or anything else, which are usually found in short-term rentals . A minor point but that along with everything else just suggest a place that’s not cared for. Our first morning we woke up with absolutely no water. We had to go out to find a bathroom and get coffee when we came back. We were told that it was a malfunction with our water heater and it just needed to be reset—that that happens occasionally. I wish we had been warned about that. I believe there are many apartments in the building that are rented as short term and presumably a lot of the other ones are very nice.

Negative: Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. There were 6 of us, but the apartment only provided 3 small 50 ml bottles for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. For a group of six, this didn’t seem sufficient. When we asked for more, we were given only 3 additional small bottles. It would have been nice if enough toiletries had been provided from the beginning. The apartment itself could also use some updates, as it didn’t quite match the price we paid. We expected a little more for the cost. On the positive side, the man who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. Overall, our stay was fine, but if we visit the area again, we would probably choose a different place.

Negative: Séjour légèrement bruyant en raison de la proximité de la route, ce qui peut être gênant si une personne dort dans le canapé.

The apartment was very clean, the front desk people were friendly and helpful. We loved how close it was to everything. We walked everywhere. We parked the car in the garage and didn’t touch it until we checked out.

Excellente position géographique, à 2 coins de rue du vieux Québec. Negative: Ventilation trop forte sans aucun control. Lits inconfortable. Une seule puce pour entrer dans le bâtiment. Personnel à l'accueuil pas toujours présent.

Great location, clean, comfortable Positive: This apartment was a good size for 3 friends. It was nice to have a clean and comfortable apartment to come back to after adventuring during the day, and the location was great. Having access to a full kitchen and refrigerator was also nice. The dining room table was a good size for board games and puzzles. We had no issues with sounds from the street below. Negative: The parking garage and parking spot were very tight. Luckily there weren't too many other cars. After we parked the first night, we got accustomed to it, but the first night parking was a bit of a disaster (didn't bump into anything though!). Doors on the bedrooms would be nice to help with sound proofing. When we woke up at different times, it was hard to not bother those of us still sleeping. We had trouble figuring out how the TV worked, but we had brought other things to keep us occupied in our downtime, so it wasn't a huge concern. I'm sure the staff at the front desk could have helped if we asked.

Visite agréable de la ville mais très déçu par l’appartement! Positive: L’emplacement proche de la vieille ville. La déco de l’appartement. Negative: Impossible de régler la température et le débit d’air de la climatisation ! C’est impossible de dormir tellement c’est bruyant ! Ce qui est également très désagréable la climatisation qui vous souffle dessus lorsque vous êtes couché et qui n’est pas à la bonne température !

Great location but everything else super disappointing. Positive: The location was great and the parking was super convenient. Negative: The apartment was not clean at all. The showers had black mould. The bathroom was super dirty. You also can’t control the temperature so we had to get the front desk to email the owner to change the AC temperature as it was set to 25 degrees.

Positive: Ubicacion Negative: El aire acondicionado está siempre puesto a 24. Una de las habitaciones no pudimos utilizarla porque había mucho frío y un ruido que no te dejaba dormir. La pecera porque esta entre cristales. Tuvimos que dormir en el sofá del salón que no era cómodo. A tener en cuenta.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 4 sisters. Location was perfect, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Unit is very bare bones. We had to ask for more linens even though we had said there were 5 of us, linens were only sufficient for 3. There were very few mirrors and hooks. Great large windows and bright but they didn't open so the unit and building were stuffy. I would stay here again.

Great apartment! Easy access to everything we wanted to see. Fantastic front desk staff. Very quiet too. The only improvement I would suggest is putting a side table or small bookshelf in the second bedroom.

Beau condo pour passer un sejour familial au coeur de quebec Positive: Tres central parfait pour aller à pied sur les plaines, grande allée et vers le vieux. Il y a des bus au pied de l’immeuble. Stationnement (meme si cher). Spacieux pour un condo au centre-ville. Moderne. Il y a l’équipement de base pour cuisiner et etre presque comme à la maison. Negative: Lorsqu’il y a un souci ce n’est pas géré directement car la reception transmet au propriétaire pour plus tard. Le matelas du canapé lit est à privilégier pour des enfants.

Positive: La situation géographique était parfaite pour visiter Quebéc et se promener. La mise à disposition d'un parking (payant en plus) était très agréable pour ne pas devoir chercher. Negative: La vaisselle était sale, la climatisation (en pleine hiver...) s'est mise à faire du bruit en plein nuit et plusieurs fois. le lave vaisselle était en panne.

Positive: L emplacement ideal et le condo est complet ( sauf pas de séchoir à cheveux, ) Negative: Literie propre mais tachée

Totally awesome. The staff are very nice. The elevators are fast. We really enjoyed our stay. Positive: The location. Everything is within walking distance. There’s a coffee shop in the corner, a great grocery store nearby, we did not have to get the car out for 3 days. We walked to the Fairmont hotel and other tourist spots and shops, then came back to rest. Then went out again in the evening. It’s the perfect location. Great for kids too. They did not want to leave yet. They loved our room. When we come back, we’d love to stay here again. Negative: The underground parking. But it’s expected since it’s in the middle of the city. everything else was very nice.

Perfect location, neo design room Positive: Great location, walking distance to Old Quebec, 2 min away from the Parliament. Clean rooms, nice design. Staff very helpful Negative: They had a problem with the magnetic keys (the machine was broken) and the people at the reception were leading each quest to their apart (funny but true) so you had to wait your turn.

Comodidad y Practicidad Positive: Había de todo para una buena estancia, camas cómodas y limpias, lavadora súper útil , personal servicial Negative: La llave electrónica estaba malograda teníamos que pedirle al personal de recepción que subiera a abrirla, además el internet era bastante lento que tuvimos que usar nuestros datos, las almohadas eran incómodas.
